My friend Charli and I are attempting to do 30 days wit NO sugar. We attempted this in Nov and failed.
I started on Feb 4th and today is feb 14th and so far so good. The first few days were rough and today was very hard. I am a chocolate freak- and all the boxes of chocolate floating around has been driving me nuts! But I am focused and want to complete my 30 days.
My goal is to lose 10pds and to recognize when I am emotionally eating (which is frequently.)
Current weight: 160lbs Goal weight: 140 lbs
Goal weight after 30day no sugar: 15olbs.
My inspiration: Charli! She started Jan and made it 4wks with no sugar and lost 10lbs! Go girl! Read about her experience on the blog
