Day 14 of no sugar- getting better

I have to say that it has been an experience having no sugar. While I was proud of myself not eating chocolate (my favorite) for valentines, I do really miss sugar. lol.

 I’ve lost only 1 pd and 1% body fat.

For exercise, I have been walking 15 minutes a day, doing 30 min of cardio x3 tiems a week and tennis once a week.

Now, I am more consious of when I am emotionally eating and how terrible my diet is.

My goal is to step up my workout and continue to eat better the remainder of my diet.
