I don&#039;t have a milk allergy myself, but four out of five of my children do, so I totally understand the anaphylactic phase, Epi Pen, and the scare that can go into having milk allergies.  Thanks for posting your experiences:)  I&#039;ve found that cooking from scratch is usually the best way to go.  I wish you the best!
