Frequently Asked Questions
What can you expect and how long before there are
results?
You can expect excellent results within a short time, with
all hot flashes and night sweats being eliminated. Most women
who have never taken any prescription hormones will see results
in just a few days. Sometimes, based on lifestyle, body weight,
and stress levels, the rebalancing takes a few months. Our
most common comment is that normal sleep patterns return.
What are the contraindications for using natural
estrogens?
Estrogen, including plant or herbal sources, is not recommended
in women with a history of breast or uterine cancer, obesity,
diabetes, or a history of clotting or vascular disorders.
Are there any negative side effects using your formulas?
After many years of testing, there are no known negative side
effects from Estro-ALL.
How much do I use?
Most women use l/8 to l/4 tsp. once or twice a day. Daily
rotate application sites to avoid saturation. Initially, use
only when symptoms occur. We found the best recommendation
is to use on an as-needed basis, combined with keen attention
to listen to your body.
If I’m using a synthetic product can I switch
to Estro-ALL?
We strongly urge you speak to your doctor if you are presently
taking synthetic hormones. However, you will be able to wean
off gradually, using one-half of your present product, and
one-half Estro-ALL?. If you are taking Depo Provera with Premarin,
stop using that product immediately. Begin using the Estro-ALL
once you run out of the synthetic hormone.
Will I ever need to take time off from Estro-ALL?
That’s a good idea. Take a break from Estro-ALL at
least 72 hours a month and give the body a chance to refresh
the receptor sites.
