your hormone levels for progesterone and estradiol levels.
This will give you an accurate measurement of where your hormone
levels are at currently.
You can have either a blood test that your Doctor would preform
or you can buy a saliva test,
according to Dr. John Lee a saliva
test is much more accurate than a blood test. Third, discuss the results with your Doctor
or if you had a saliva test done
by ZRT labs they will advice you as to what the next step
for you should be; either natural
progesterone cream or Estro-all,
a natural estrogen with phytoestrogen in it.
Finally, make healthy lifestyle choices;
change your eating habits, lose
weight if necessary and drink more
water. Start a natural hormone
replacement therapy with bioidentical hormones such as natural
progesterone cream or estro-all and
test your hormones on a six month schedule in order to
monitor your progress.
Always consult your health professional before you begin any natural therapies.
