Following these four steps and you will be on your
way to feeling better immediately!
1. Test your hormone levels,
now. Test your levels before you begin any natural hormone

Which test is better, Saliva test or blood test?
Saliva test is more preferable, more affordable, and more
accurate than a blood test. The advantage of a saliva

biologically active hormones. Where as a blood test is unable
to test the biologically active hormones.
In addition, saliva test kits
are often times much more affordable than a blood test

What are biodentical hormones?
Biodentical hormones are
hormones that are derived from natural plant sources such
