- 1. Yes, you can test your hormone levels if you are on synthetic hormones such as Premarin, PremPro, PremPhase just stop taking your medication at least twelve hours prior to taking the test.
- 2. Yes, you can test your hormone levels if you are taking a natural hormone replacement therapy such as natural progesterone cream or Estro-All. Again, stop taking the cream at least 24 hours prior to taking the test.
