How do I clean my stainless steel water bottles?
A. We recommend hand washing the 12oz stainless steel water bottle with white vinegar and water or baking soda and water or the stainless steel bottles may be washed in the dishwasher.
Are the stainless steel water bottles dishwasher and microwave safe?
A. Yes, you can put the 12oz stainless steel water bottle in the dishwasher but it is not microwave safe ( it is metal.)
What makes 304 food grade stainless steel safe?
Made out of Unlined 304 grade Stainless Steel. Additionally, we have had extensive testing and all of our stainless steel bottles meet and exceed the CPSIA (Consumer Product Safety Information Act). The stainless steel water bottles are phthalate and lead-free products.
How much water do the stainless steel bottles hold?
The stainless steel water bottle can hold 12oz of water.
Will the 12oz stainless steel bottles leak if I put them in my child’s lunch?
Yes, if you lay the bottle down of if it’s left upside down. We recommend that stainless steel water bottle remain in an upright position.
Where are the stainless steel water bottles made?
A. Responsibly made in China. New wave Enviro works with their production partners to provide a quality product in a quality facility at an acceptable consumer price. New wave Enviro is continually attempting to source the manufacturing in either the United States or Canada, we have been unable to find cost effective production. We know of no stainless Bottles on the market that are manufactured anywhere but China.
Can I get a logo printed on them?
Yes you can. The logo min order is 100 stainless steel bottles. Please email us: info@sunrisewd.com for more information. Standard lead time is 10 days once final artwork is approved.
Cleaning Instructions
First use :
Before first use, rinse out your stainless steel water bottle with warm soap and mild detergent. Allow to air dry.
Future stainless steel cleaning instructions:
We recommend hand washing the stainless steel water bottle with white vinegar and water or baking soda and water. Or you may wash it in dishwasher.
1. Dishwasher- top shelf recommended use non-chlorine based detergents.
2. By hand- hand washing the stainless steel water bottle with white vinegar and water or baking soda and water.
